Learn and grow in a traditional therapeutic setting. 

Traditional therapy uses modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Traditional therapy is appropriate for those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. during pregnancy or postpartum, pregnancy loss, infertility, birth trauma, and hormonal related challenges- PMDD or menopause.
